The vacuum suction filter is a
device which uses the vacuum negative pressure as driving force to
achieve solid-liquid separation. Its working principle is that the
negative pressure is formed at the filtrate outlet, the liquid in the
suspension liquid passes through the filtering medium (such as filter
paper) to be extracted by use of this negative pressure, while the solid
particles are intercepted by the medium, and therefore the separation of
liquid and solid is achieved. The vacuum filter is widely used in
laboratories and industrial production. In the laboratories, it is
commonly used for liquid filtration in scientific research analysis,
sanitary inspection, machinery and other fields.

acid and alkali, easy to clean and clear and visible in suction
filtering process. A vacuum suction nozzle is arranged in the

Drain Valve
Inclined ejector pin PTFE drain valve, flow is controllable, operation
is easy, liquid is released without dead corners, and the valve
is resistant to corrosion and free of pollution.

Operation Method
|
|
1. Clean the equipment thoroughly and ensure
that all screws are securely fastened. Press the wheel brakes to
prevent the equipment from moving.
2. Close the discharge outlet, place filter
paper, and pour the to-be-filtered material into the stainless
steel funnel.
3. If a vacuum environment is required,
please use your own vacuum pump, and reliably connect the vacuum
port on the glass collection bottle to the vacuum pump.
4. When discharging the filtered material,
place a container under the discharge outlet and open the valve.
