This equipment achieves high-precision, high-efficiency corner-folding labeling and sealing that is difficult to accomplish manually, effectively enhancing packaging aesthetics and sealing integrity. It specializes in right-angle labeling, 90-degree corner labeling, and angled corner labeling on box sides to provide tamper-evident sealing. 1. Power-Off Operation: Before performing any adjustment, cleaning, or maintenance, always turn off the power and unplug the machine. This is the most critical safety requirement.

2. Keep Hands Away: Never reach or allow any part of your body to contact the machine's moving parts while it is operating. Always maintain a safe distance to prevent crushing or entanglement injuries.

3. Pre-Operation Protocol: Operators must receive professional training, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure the work area is tidy. Clean up backing paper and debris promptly to prevent slipping or materials from being drawn into the machine.

4. Do not wear string gloves, loose clothing, ties, or long jewelry during operation. Inappropriate clothing can be caught in the machine, causing serious injury.

5. Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure:

● The power cord is undamaged with no exposed copper conductors.
● Screws on moving components are not loose.
● All controls and displays are functioning normally.

6. WARNING: During use, if any abnormal conditions are observed or any phenomena not described in this manual occur, immediately turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, and contact our technical service or maintenance personnel.

7. WARNING: Improper grounding may result in electric shock to the operator.

8. WARNING: Do not disassemble the machine's base frame. Only authorized technicians or qualified, trained full-time service personnel are permitted to disassemble the machine for inspection and repair.

Adjustable Work Table: The labeling machine is equipped with an adjustable worktable that can be flexibly adapted to packaging boxes of various sizes. Its design is compatible with circular labels ranging from 15 mm to 50 mm in diameter, demonstrating the device's fundamental adaptability to both box dimensions and label specifications.

1. Remove the machine from the packaging box, place it on a flat surface, and then turn on the power switch.

2. Loosen the fixing screws of the reels with an Allen wrench and take out one of the outer reels.

3. Load the appropriate discharge reel cores.

4. Open the machine's top cover and secure it in place with the fixing screws to keep the top cover in the open position for labeling operations.
Please Note: The paper exit direction should be consistent with the direction of the power plug.

5. Check that the label compression component is positioned 8 to 10 mm above the crease and does not obstruct the upper cover roller.

6. Check that the red induction point, the center of the coil, and the center of the waste material are aligned. If they are not in a straight line, you can adjust the left and right position of the material plate to correct their alignment.

7. Install the outer part of the material tray (to ensure that the material roll can rotate smoothly without jamming or blocking), then tighten the screw to secure it.

8. Tighten the screws on both sides (the tightening standard is to apply slight force only, avoiding excessive force, to maintain pressure balance of the rubber rollers).

9. Check whether the height of the peeling blade is at the quarter position of the label. If not, you can adjust the "Length" parameter on the screen to modify this parameter length. A larger parameter value will position the label higher.

10. Turn on the screen, select the language, and then press the start button to begin operation.
