| The
right angle labeling machine is specifically designed for
the unique labeling requirements of objects with right-angle
edges, such as packaging boxes. Its core feature is a mechanical
structure capable of precisely folding labels, securely wrapping
the sides or sealing edges of standard flat labels to form neat
right-angle corners or complete seals. Utilizing a stepper motor
as its drive core, it supports continuous 24-hour operation
without overheating damage, maintaining precise and stable label
positioning even during prolonged use.
This equipment achieves high-precision,
high-efficiency corner-folding labeling and sealing that is
difficult to accomplish manually, effectively enhancing
packaging aesthetics and sealing integrity. It specializes in
right-angle labeling, 90-degree corner labeling, and angled
corner labeling on box sides to provide tamper-evident sealing.
It is applied for tamper-evident labeling on packaging boxes for
cosmetics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and similar products.

2. The machine is grounded internally, please use single-phase
three-wire power cord, the user's power grid must have a
reliable grounding device, otherwise the static electricity
cannot be discharged, the human body will become a conductor of
static electricity discharged, and thus you will have a sense of
discomfort of being electrocuted.
3. If the system is not properly grounded, it may cause electric
shock.
4. Do not open the protective or access covers. Only authorized
manufacturer or authorized dealer service personnel should open
them.
5. Avoid contact of fingers, hair, clothing and jewelry with
traction wheels during operation or feeding of materials to
avoid entanglement. |

High-quality Stainless Steel Countertop

| Machine Installation and
Use |

1.
Remove the machine from the box, place it on a flat surface, and
then turn on the power switch.
2. Loosen the fixing screws of the reels with an Allen wrench
and take out one of the outer reels.
3. Load the appropriate discharge reel cores.
4. Open the top cover of the machine and fix it with the fixing
screws so that the top cover can be in the open state to
facilitate the labeling operation.
5. Check that the label compression bit is located 8-10mm above
the crease and does not interfere with the top cover roller.
6. Check the red induction point, the center point of the coil
and the center of the waste material in a straight line. If they
are not in a straight line, you can adjust the left and right
position of the material plate to adjust the position.
7. Load the outside of the material tray (to ensure that the
material roll can rotate smoothly, the material roll cannot be
jammed or blocked) and then tighten the screws to fix it.
8.
Tighten the screws on both sides, (tightening standards are
slightly tightened, do not need too much force, so that the
pressure balance of the rubber roller is kept.)
9.
Check whether the height of the peeling knife is pressed in the
position of a quarter of the label, if not in this position, you
can adjust the screen in the "length" parameter to adjust the
length of the parameter, the larger the parameter is, the
label's position is more up.
10.
Light up the screen, select the language and press the start
switch to start the job. |
