small dogs or cats that are approximately 18-40 lbs. (for reference
only). For height, widths, and length, could adjust this cart for suit
your pats.
It has roller blade wheels with
bearings, padded shoulder support, double thronged neoprene adjustable
shoulder harness, and built in double rear adjustable padded leg
stirrups. Both male and female dogs can still go to the bathroom
comfortably in this rear harness.
