1. Pre-operation inspection: Before each use, check
whether all components of the equipment are intact and confirm that
there are no errors before starting the machine.
2. Electrical safety: Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble
or modify electrical components at will to avoid the risk of electric
shock.
3. Material safety: Ensure that the filling materials are non-toxic and
harmless, and meet the requirements for equipment use.
4. Operating standards: Strictly follow the operating procedures to
avoid personal injury or equipment damage caused by operational errors.
5. Emergency stop: In case of an emergency, immediately press the
emergency stop button, cut off the power, and take corresponding
measures. |

Operation Steps： |
|
1.Power on preparation: Check if all components are
installed correctly.Before starting the machine, check whether the
appearance, wires and other parts of the machine are damaged. (If the
parts are damaged, please do not start the machine directly to prevent
accidents.)
2.After confirming that the machine is intact,
connect the 110V power supply and connect the pressure gauge to the air
compressor (the air compressor needs to be prepared by the customer).
Add clean water to the mixing hopper and circulate it multiple times
until the machine is thoroughly cleaned.
3.After the cleaning is completed, the customer can
set the parameters of the control panel as needed and start using the
machine normally. (The customer can conduct filling according to the
to-be-filled materials of the customer.)
4.Material feeding: Open the hopper cover and
slowly pour the paste into the hopper, and take care to avoid splashing.
5. Start filling: Long press the Point filling button on the touch
screen to evenly fill the rotor pump with paste.
6. Monitoring process: Observe the filling process to ensure that there
are no abnormal situations such as material leakage or bottle jamming.
7. Shutdown cleaning: After the work is completed, turn off the power,
clean the hopper, filling head and other parts, and keep the equipment
clean.
