Edge Trimming Assembly

Single-sided edge trimming can be conducted on the boards with the thickness of smaller than 14mm, and double-sided edge trimming can be conducted on the boards with the thickness of 14-70mm. The unnecessary edge banding strips on the upper and lower edges can be removed quickly and simultaneously, the edge of the board can be fine and smooth, and the trimming effect is good.
　

Edge Banding Assembly

The edges of the boards can be coated with the edge banding strips with the width of 8-50mm and the thickness of 0.4-2mm, and the edge banding speed can be adjusted within the range of 0-18cm/s. The edge banding strips made of different materials such as PVC, plastic and melamine can firmly adhere to the boards through hot melt glue at the temperature of 150-180℃, so that the boards is more attractive and is well protected, and the durability is greatly improved.

Hot Air Auxiliary Part

The hot air auxiliary part provides the hot air for the machine, the phenomenon that the hot melt glue quickly cools and cannot adhere to the board is effectively avoided, and the thick edge banding strip can be softened, and the edge banding effect can be better.
　

Press Adhesion Part

The edge banding strip and the board are pressed and stuck for two times, so that the adhesion firmness is greatly improved, the good adhesion effect is ensured, and the service life of the processed board is prolonged.
　

Auto Glue Removing Part

The hot melt glue can be automatically removed to be prevented from adhering to the banding wheel, the smooth surface of the banding wheel can be ensured, and the board and the edge banding strip can be smoothly combined into a whole.
　

Foldable Arm & Suction Disc

The suction disc has the high suction so that the board can be firmly sucked onto the suction disc and prevented from being suspended in the air. Meanwhile, along with the flexible movement of the foldable arm, the board on the suction disc can be pushed to be subjected to edge banding and trimming operation. The foldable arm can be folded and unfolded at any angle along with the edge banding and trimming operation, time and labor are greatly reduced, and the practicability is greatly improved.
　

Dual Foot Pedals

The two foot pedals control the suction disc and edge banding operation correspondingly. The suction disc can work and stop by operating the suction disc foot pedal, and the edge banding operation can be conducted by operating the edge banding foot pedal. Top-Bottom Trimming Part

The edge trimming and scraping effect is excellent, the edge of the board is smooth and attractive, and the quality is higher.
