Carrying Knob
The punching machine can be directly lifted

Punching Mold Set
The
upper mold and lower mold cooperate with each other to achieve
complete punching operation, the molds has high structural
strength and long service life, and various molds with different
specifications can be customized if needed. |

Discharging Drawer
The
punched pole pieces can fall into the drawer and collected in
the drawer conveniently, the drawer can be easily pulled out to
take out the pole pieces, and the collecting effect is good.

Supporting Legs
The supporting legs can support the machine
body stably and keep the machine body balanced, effectively
avoiding vibration and swing during use and ensuring the
punching process can be completed smoothly and successfully.

Mold Replacement
Method |
| First, loosen and remove
the screws from both the upper and lower molds. Install
the new mold with the required size. Install the two
screws on the lower mold, but do not tighten them.
Tighten the upper mold. Remove the yellow PU adhesive of
the upper mold. Press the upper mold down gently with
the operating handle to align with the groove of the
lower mold, and do not lift the upper mold. Tighten the
two screws on the lower mold. After tightening, release
the operating handle to lift the upper mold upward.
Finally, install the PU adhesive of the upper mold. |
