Overview |
|
The dual-arm drop testing machine is mainly used
to test the degree of impact of drop impact on the packaging in
the actual transportation, loading and unloading processes,
evaluate the impact resistance strength of the packaging during
handling, and assess the rationality of the packaging design.
The drop tester can achieve side, edge and corner drop testing,
has the advantages of simple operation, high stability and
precision and wide application. The machine meets the standards
of GB/T4857.5-92 and ISO2248-1972 (E). The drop tester is
suitable for the package production industry, the furniture
production industry, the logistics transportation industry and

Attention |
|
1. The testing machine is only suitable for
single-phase 220V AC power supply.
2. Do not place flammable objects around the
testing machine to avoid fires.
3. The shell of the test machine must be
grounded, or there is a risk of electric shock.
4. The power incoming wire end should be
connected with the air switch and contactor of the same capacity
and with leakage protection, so that the power can be
immediately cut off in emergency.
5. While the machine is running, do not touch any
part except the control panel by hand to prevent abrasion or
pinching.
6. If you need to move the machine, be sure to
cut off the power, cool the machine for 5 minutes and then
operate it. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Turn the power switch clockwise.
3. Check whether the two wing plates are located
in a horizontal position, if not, manually adjust them to the
horizontal position.
4. Press the up button to raise the two wing
plates to the desired position, and press the stop button.
5. Put the product to be test and fix it with the
fixture.
6. Set the number of tests and press the reset
button (RST) to clear.
7. Press the drop button to start the test.
8. Repeatedly test the product until it reaches
the set number of tests, and automatically cut off the drop
power supply (the drop button is invalid).
9. Carry out the testing of the next product or
turn off the power.
Note: It is strictly prohibited to stand on the
workbench during drop testing! (Danger) |
