The steam label shrink machine is a
steam-heated film shrinking device primarily used for
heat-shrinking sleeve labels on plastic bottles. It features

high efficiency. Compared to electric heat shrink machines, it
delivers superior shrinkage results without bottle deformation,
ensuring smooth and wrinkle-free finishes. Ideal for breweries,

1. Circuit installation tips: Please turn
off the power supply and water supply before installation.
2. The power supply must be equipped with
an independent supporting control switch, overload protection,
and leakage protection switch. It should be connected to
reliable grounding protection, and wiring must meet the
corresponding power standards. All grounding must comply with
national regulations.
3. Power supply voltage must be
maintained within ±5% fluctuation range, otherwise equipment
operation may be affected. For 220V connections, correctly
identify the neutral wire (marked 'N') to prevent incorrect
wiring.
4. Do not reach your
hands into the heating chamber or touch the heating tunnel
casing while the machine is operating to prevent burns. |

Four-layer Jet Nozzle System
The four-layer jet nozzle design features adjustable spray
length, direction, and intensity, ensuring uniform

Steam Jet Nozzle
The steam nozzles feature adjustable angles and coverage range
on both sides of the machine, ensuring uniform steam
distribution across packaging containers of various shapes to
enhance label shrinkage smoothness and adhesion quality. |
Steam Exhaust Port
Equipped with a steam exhaust port, it allows for external
piping connections to rapidly discharge residual steam and
balance chamber pressure, preventing condensate accumulation
that could compromise label shrinkage quality. |

Overflow Port
When the pressure inside the steam generator exceeds the
set value, the overflow port will automatically open to release
excess steam to ensure safe operation of the equipment. |
Water
Intake
The main function of the water inlet is to ensure a stable flow
of water into the steam generator, providing the necessary water
supply for subsequent steam generation. |
Drain Valve
After each use, promptly drain residual wastewater and steam
from the furnace. If the equipment is not in use, keep the drain
valve fully open at all times. |

Guardrail
Guardrails are installed on both sides of the conveyor
belt to prevent bottles from tipping over. The spacing between
guardrails can be adjusted to accommodate bottles of different
diameters. |
Control Panel
The control panel integrates comprehensive functions including
operational speed adjustment, temperature adjustment, water
refill indicator, power indicator, heating indicator, fan
switch, and more.
Its intuitive layout ensures clear visibility and user-friendly
operation. |
Fan
There is a fan installed above the heating chamber, which
generates circulating airflow to prevent localized overheating
during the heating process and ensures more uniform heat
distribution. This results in excellent packaging quality. |

Chain-mesh
Conveyor Belt
The shrink machine adopts a high quality chain-mesh conveyor
belt with evenly distributed pores, flat surface, and stable
operation. It features high load-bearing capacity, superior
tensile strength, and heat resistance, ensuring no deviation
during operation for optimal shrink-wrapping results. |
Air Damper Adjustment
The air damper adjustment primarily regulates airflow
distribution within the heating chamber. Its key feature is
precise control over air volume and direction, ensuring uniform
circulation of steam and hot air to prevent localized
overheating or temperature disparities. |

Note: Before use, carefully check
whether all parts are properly installed and ensure all
connections are tightly secured. Then proceed according to the
operating procedure.
Operating Procedure:
(1) Open the water supply valve;
(2) Connect the power supply;
(3) Turn on the power switch: Check if the power indicator light
is on;
(4) Check if the water refill indicator light is on;
(5) After water refill is completed, check if the water refill
indicator light turns off;
(6) When the water level is normal, check if the heating light
is on;
(7) After 5~10 minutes, check if the temperature display reaches
100℃;
(8) Adjust the conveyor chain mesh to the appropriate speed for
shrinking;
(9) After use, turn off the power and drain the wastewater. |
