360° Cyclic Heating System
360-degree circulating heating
significantly improves the utilization rate of the furnace space
and facilitates uniform heat distribution, ensuring balanced
pressure and temperature throughout the chamber, resulting in

insulation lining and hydrogen-annealed heating elements,

thermocouples and heating wires maximize the usable space
inside the chamber, enhancing efficiency. |
Heat
Emission Hole
When the temperature is below 300℃, keep the heat emission hole
open to allow moisture to escape quickly. Once the temperature
exceeds 300℃, close the heat emission hole to retain heat.
During the cooling process, if the temperature drops below 300℃
again, the heat emission hole can be reopened to speed up
cooling. |

Thickened Kiln Lid
Equipped with a thickened kiln lid featuring
mortise-and-tenon joint design, ensuring a tight seal between
the lid and furnace body to effectively reduce the risk of
high-temperature deformation. |
User-friendly Design
The kiln lid features a hover function with mechanical support
design, ensuring automatic position locking when opened. No
manual fixation is required - the lid stays securely suspended
without risk of accidental falling, making operation more
convenient and labor-saving. |
Handle
The handle on top of the machine allows the furnace lid to be
opened quickly, making it convenient for operators to inspect or
load/unload ceramic products, thereby improving work efficiency. |

7-Inch Touchscreen LCD Display
Equipped with a 7-inch large touchscreen, it features WiFi
connectivity, operation record, power-off recovery firing,
time settings, and firing curve programming. The back panel
includes a locking mechanism, allowing it to be: Mounted
beside the electric kiln; Detached for tablet-style operation;
Wall-mounted for flexible placement. This ergonomic design
adapts to various working environments, ensuring user-friendly
convenience. |

| Installation Requirements |
|
1. The electric kiln must be placed on a level, hard surface.
The exterior temperature of the machine reaches around 200℃,
so avoid direct placement on wooden floors. If unavoidable,
use ceramic tiles as a protective layer.
2. Maintain at least 30 cm of clearance around the kiln, and
ensure no flammable materials are within a 1.5-meter radius.
3. Ventilation is critical—install the kiln in a
well-ventilated area. Avoid positioning it under fire
sprinklers to prevent accidental water discharge during normal
operation.
4. Keep away from heat/smoke detectors overhead to avoid false
alarms.
5. Avoid high-traffic pathways to ensure safety and
operational stability. |

1. 1000℃+: Open two heat emission holes for ventilation.
2. Around 300℃: Crack the lid slightly (5-10cm gap).
3. Below 200℃: Power off & remove artworks. |

1. Use ≥2.5mm² national standard copper-core wires.
2. If using an extension cord, ensure it is 16A-to-16A rated
(10A-to-16A adapters are prohibited). |
