| The three-in-one dehumidifying, drying,
and feeding system comprises a honeycomb dehumidifier, an
insulated drying barrel, and a material suction unit. All
equipment is mounted on a mobile stand, integrating
dehumidification, drying, and feeding functions. It is suitable
for various plastic raw materials, especially highly hygroscopic
engineering plastics such as PA, PC, LCP, PET, and PBT. Under
ideal conditions, it can achieve a dew point of -40℃. |

the machine should take into account the situation of other
equipment and material stacking, and it is recommended to leave
appropriate space around it.
2. The machine's working
environment requires a clean and tidy room. When drying raw
materials that may generate toxic gases, reserve space for
installing an exhaust system.
3. Please note: Due to the
high power consumption of this product, a power plug is not
included. We recommend that the buyer consult a professional
electrician for the installation of a suitable circuit breaker. |

Photosensor Hopper
The photosensor hopper is equipped with a high-precision
photosensor, delivering high-accuracy control and unattended
operation. It enables rapid and precise material conveyance,
achieving fully automated replenishment control. |
Fan
The copper-core motor not only delivers powerful and stable
power output but also effectively suppresses operational noise,
ensuring the equipment maintains low-decibel and smooth
operation throughout the plastic drying process. |
Double-layer Stainless Steel Insulated Drying Hopper
Utilizing a bottom-blown air duct design, it fundamentally
prevents defects like bubbling and embrittlement caused by heat
loss or uneven temperatures, thereby minimizing thermal energy
waste and enhancing drying efficiency. |

Microcomputer Control Panel
This system features a display screen for setting the
regeneration temperature and showing the actual temperature,
allowing adjustment of the honeycomb rotor's rotation speed. |
Enlarged Viewing Port
Featuring an openable inspection door design, it allows
operators to visually monitor the material drying status and
remaining level. With excellent sealing and easy cleaning, it
significantly enhances maintenance efficiency and production
safety. |
Built-in Electrical Control Box
It utilizes a high-precision temperature control module to
ensure stable performance. The PID algorithm precisely regulates
the regeneration temperature, guaranteeing efficient desorption
of the honeycomb rotor and maintaining a stable dew point below
-40℃. |

1. Working
Principle: Air is blown into the heating tubes within the drying
cylinder via a fan. The temperature controller regulates the air
supply temperature, creating a uniform airflow within the drying
cylinder to achieve the drying effect.
2. The
insulated drying hopper adopts a bottom-blowing air duct design,
paired with a cyclone exhaust device to prevent heat loss and
improve drying efficiency.
3. It is
matched with a closed-loop feeding system, which prevents the
dried material from re-absorbing moisture due to contact with
external air.
4. All contact
components and raw materials of this machine are made of
stainless steel, preventing contamination of the raw materials.
5. The machine
delivers uniform hot air distribution for high drying
efficiency. Its proportional-integral temperature controller
maintains temperature within ±3℃ tolerance.
6. This
machine dries raw materials dampened during packaging and
transportation while removing surface moisture. It is suitable
for PP, PE, ABS, PVC and other raw materials. |

1. Please
ensure all installation and adjustments are complete.
2. Turn on the
power supply inside the control box and activate the power
switch on the dehumidifier panel.
3. Refer to
the on-screen operation flow to configure settings.
4. After
completing the following steps, press the start button to
initiate automatic operation.
5. For initial
use or after prolonged shutdown, perform internal circulation
dehumidification first to ensure drying quality.
6. To stop
operation during this period, press the stop button to initiate
a cooling shutdown.
7. If an
abnormality occurs during operation, an alarm will sound and a
warning light will illuminate. (However, the alarm will not
clear after shutdown; personnel must turn off the power and
perform thorough troubleshooting.)
8. The timer
switch setting can be used for pre-startup.
9. The control
box contains a honeycomb wheel speed control (do not adjust
arbitrarily).
10. Please
ensure personnel safety during troubleshooting.
11. Disconnect
the dehumidifier's main power supply.
12. Exercise
caution around high-temperature pipes to prevent burns.
Note: The
dehumidifier undergoes a cooling-down process before shutdown,
resulting in a perceived delay in stopping. |
