Attention |

1. Operators need to read the manual
thoroughly in advance and have high alertness and general
electromechanical knowledge. Do not operate the equipment when the
operators feel unwell or tired. If the equipment is left unused for a
long time, it should be packaged and placed at the position where
children cannot reach. When the equipment is used, children should not
be allowed to approach. |

2. The equipment should be operated
indoors, the environment should be kept clean and tidy, and the ground
should be kept flat. The working range of the disc grinder should be
kept 0.5m or below close to the main unit. |

3. Loose clothing or jewelry should not
be worn, as there is a risk of being entangled by equipment. The
operator with long hair should tie up the hair with a hairnet. |
|
4. After the equipment is powered on, do
not approach or touch the transmission device to prevent danger. |
|
5. When the disc grinder is connected
with the power supply, there may be dangerous situations, for example,
hot small metal pieces fall off or are ejected. The operators are
suggested wear safety goggles, dust masks, protective clothing and work
gloves to prevent danger. The fire extinguishers should be always
prepared in the workshop. |

6. It is prohibited to modify the

rectangular storage box is placed at the bottom of the
supporting frame and used for storing the brake disc lathe when
it is not used. The storage box is large in capacity, high in

The supporting
frame is firm and durable and can stably support the driver
unit, the brake disc lathe and the storage box. The height of
the supporting rod can be adjusted and locked to adapt to
different application scenarios in the working process, and the

Operation
Method |
|
1. Park the vehicle safely on the two-column
lifting platform, lift the vehicle to the correct horizontal position,
remove the wheels, check the bearing clearance on the wheels and install
the driver adapter. 2. Remove the
brake pad base and place it properly.
3. If there is any dirt on the brake disc
and brake shell, remove the dirt and install the connector on the brake
disc. Before the brake disc is ground, it is necessary to clearly
understand the requirements for the thickest and thinnest dimensions of
the brake disc. If the thickness of the brake disc is smaller than the
thinnest requirement, do not grind the brake disc and be sure to replace
the brake disc. If the thickness of the brake disc is greater than the
technical parameters of the machine, do not attempt to operate it.
4. Install the clamp to the operation
position by hand and then tighten the screws with a wrench.
5. Install the disc lathe, install the
screws by hand and adjust the center position. Tighten the screws with a
torque wrench. Do not exceed 50Nm. Then use a long hex wrench to fix the
clamp screws.
6. Install the driver unit: Adjust the
bracket height to the appropriate position and connect the driver with
the driver adapter. After fixing the position, press the brake to ensure
that the driver cannot move randomly.
7. Connect the connecting wire between
the disc lathe and the driver unit, turn on the power to start the
driver unit to rotate, check whether the equipment operates stably, and
manually adjust the feed of the disc lathe. Note that the operating
direction is the same as the direction indicated by the arrow. Rotate
the knob to adjust the cutting depth.
8. Turn on the power of the disc lathe,
lock the handwheel brake, and start the automatic disc grinding.
